Debra Thomas

Debra A. Thomas is the owner of Ebony Concepts Solutions.  Debra’s professional career spans over 30 years at McDonald’s, Long John Silvers and the Federal Government where she held management and leadership positions.  Debra serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Women on the FrontLine for Jesus, is a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker, is a certified DISC Trainer.

She is a former Chapter President of her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Debra holds a bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern Illinois University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University.Travelling and spending time with my husband Clarence Thomas, Jr, two adult children, Dante and Rashida, and her granddaughter, Amayah are my favorite past time activities. Working alongside Debra is Clarence Thomas, Jr., her husband of 39 years. A retired U.S. Navy officer, Mr. Thomas has 30 years of hands on leadership experience, focused on strategic planning and organizational development.

He has held a wide variety of leadership positions and is a veteran of Operation Enduring and Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the Navy, Clarence served in the Medical Service Corps, as a Healthcare Administrator. Clarence was the Senior Healthcare Administration Assignment Officer (Detailer) and fulfilled another three-year stint at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery as a Career Planner. In retirement, Clarence has transitioned to Federal employment as the Regional Program Director, Navy Wounded Warrior – Safe Harbor. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and English from Mercer University and a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from St Louis University. Clarence is a former Chapter Basileus Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc, and he continues to be an active member. Our combined experience will propel you into higher levels of efficiency and wealth
